The team provide practical and commercial advice relating to marine cargo claims under bills of lading and charterparties in addition to goods in transit claims subject to CMR rules or under RHA or BIFA terms. We can handle recovery actions or defend liability claims and regularly advise on issues related to ship arrests, freezing injunctions, jurisdiction disputes, warehousing and distribution networks, as well as fraud, theft and damage claims.
