Highlights:
- Representing Chevron Shipping Limited, owners of ULCC "Chevron North America" in the House of Lords in the defence of a £10m claim concerning Bareboat Charterer's liability for harbour damage.
- Acting for the owners and insurers of the tanker "Braer", establishing a Limitation Fund in the Court of Session and defending all claims arising out of the grounding and pollution off Shetland, one of Britain's largest ever marine casualties.
